Planning session meant to vet options for 191 corridor

Elected officials, transportation planners, developers and others in the community are working this week to create a vision for the future of the State Highway 191 corridor.
     As part of a corridor study being conducted by Freese and Nichols, a design charrette, or planning session, is being held this week in an effort to learn the viewpoints of people in the region then put them to paper in the form of possible plans for the open area between Midland and Odessa.
