Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) is a comprehensive, long range transportation planning document that includes a 25 year list of desired projects (not funded). The MTP is updated every five (5) years. Plans, projects, programs, and policies are proposed as transportation recommendations that reflect solutions to improve the overall quality of life for residents in the Midland-Odessa area. This Draft is for review by the Technical Advisory Committtee and Policy Board Members.
